We don't stop working for you when you have purchased your property. We are able to source the best furniture deals for you and can provide you with photos if you are not able to come to Altinkum to furnish your property. In addition we are able to manage your property in your absence and have a dedicated rental website should you decide to rent your property out.
For properties purchased 'off plan' you have the advantage of being able to spread the cost with favourable payment terms and in many cases to choose your own interior finish and fixtures and fittings. If you decide to make a permanent move to your home in the sun, we are on hand to assist with arrangements for a residency permit (currently £900 charged by the Turkish Government for a 5 year residency visa for UK citizens).
