We can arrange for transport from Bodrum or Izmir airport. Just complete the on-line Transfer Booking Form and leave the rest to us. Please try to give us 72 hours notice of your arrival.

We can arrange for your home to be cleaned before your arrival so that when you arrive in the middle of the night you have a nice clean home to welcome you. We will also arrange for a welcome pack to be provided so that you can have basic supplies on your arrival. Just give us at least 24 hours notice and a list of your special requirements and we will take care of the details.
We are able to furnish your property on your behalf or alternatively we will take you to the furniture outlets so you can make your own choices.
We are able to arrange a gardener to ensure your garden is maintained throughout the year. Charges are available on application and depending on your requirements. We can also provide a landscaping service to enhance your property and its value along with pool maintenance through a local British contractor.
We can arrange for accommodation when you come to Altinkum. Just let us know when you plan to visit and we will do the rest. We will arrange for our staff to show you our portfolio of properties within your budget. Just complete the on-line Client Requirements Form so we know your requirements before your visit and we will arrange an itinerary for you.
We are able to arrange property insurance through our licensed suppliers for both the building and contents and full earthquake insurance at preferential rates. All insurance policies are issued in UK and underwritten by Lloyds of London. This policy also includes the essential Public Liability Insurance and accidental damage by tenants, both essential if you intend to rent out your property
We offer a Property Management Service to suit your requirements. This will give you peace of mind when you are not in Altinkum. These packages can be tailored to suit you
Letting your property is a great way to generate income on your investment. Our Rental Management service covers every possible aspect of the rental procedure. You can rest assured that neither you, nor your tenants will have any nasty surprises. We are also able to advertise your property for rent on our dedicated rental website at our sister company Altinkum Property Rentals.

On request we can do monthly checks on your property to ensure all is well. What's more, we will provide you with evidence that we have indeed checked your property. We will contact you through e-mail mostly, or by telephone if you do not have access to the internet. If any works need to be done we will inform you and arrange for these to be completed. This service forms part of our Property Management Service.
We can collect all monthly water and electricity bills and pay them on your behalf and will give you a receipted account on your return. We ask that you provide a small float for this service. It should be noted that the utility companies have zero tolerance on late payments and disconnect within 7 days for non-payment of utilities.
